The golden yellow foreshadows the body of this wine of a refined perlage expressing all the great evolutive potentialities of the Moscato vine. The buiscuit, cream and cinnamon flavoured notes inebriate the nose and turn into balsamic scents of cardamom. Elegant and structured, it is a meditation wine, perfect with refined sweets.

A creamy, velvety, rich, bright wine, with scents of almond, chamomile, honey and balsamic notes in the most aged years. A refined and elegant perlage, scents of ripe yellow fruit, pronounced acidity, balance and great persistence. Since the first year of Crivella vinification by Marco Bianco it has proved to be a success due to the great added value of structure, flavour and perfumes for which it sticks out. Moreover, it is a proof of how the Muscat could be different from the widespread and known one. Chemical analysis show that already in 1998 Crivella had a dry extract and a load of perfumes definitely higher that the competition. Crivella is a wine linked to ancient traditions, to the Bianco family knowledges and to modern technologies at the same time. It allows who tastes it to taste the Moscato’s ancient glorious past by the intensity of structure, taste and scents, combined with what is allowed by the new technology with neatness, brightness, safety and preservation provided by sterility.

  • Mongioia - Marco Bianco

Marco Bianco, Iliana and their son Riccardo, oenologist, run a small farm in Valdivilla (in province of Cuneo), a mild hill among Langhe, 400m high. The view is wonderful, a succession of wonderful vineyards and woods as far as the eye can see. This is the area of Moscato and Marco Bianco definitely is among the best ones. Here the Muscat is produced by vocation, naturally. If you still have in mind “a certain idea of Moscato”, it is time to change it. The meticulous research for an ancient oenological technique, orally bequeathed, the deep respect for themusts’ natural features, the rigour in selecting the grapes, have given the Muscat back its true identity.
